Mission of the Company defines its applicability, sense of creation and existence - satisfaction of needs of participants of system mutual relations: shareholders of the Company, its employees, business partners and consumers of services.

Understanding of mission by all employees, formation of the strategic purposes and definition of strategy as a way of achievement of these purposes has essential sense for association of efforts of management and the top management of the Company in their achievement.

The strategic purposes:

- Increase in cost of the Company

- Achievement of high rates of steady development at maintenance of system reliability and safety of manufacture

The main goals, which decision is necessary for maintenance of development of the Company:

- Increase of manufacture and sales of thermal and electric energy;

- Increase of profitability of the Company due to growth of operational efficiency, in particular, increases of efficiency technological and business-processes, perfection of systems of the administrative account and the reporting, modernization of the equipment and decrease in costs and introduction of adequate system of motivation of management and the personnel of the Company;

- Increase of efficiency of marketing activity in the markets of thermal and electric energy, using unique competitive advantages of the Company;

- active interaction with executive agency concerning rationalization of tariff policy, promotion of the decisions providing economic interests of the Company;

- Increase of quality of corporate management.
